Targus Urban Backpack
I received my Targus backpack replacement case today. Thumbs up to Targus customer service (Europe).
I was given a Targus urban series backpack for my purchase of NEC Versa S3200 laptop. I have one Targus backpack before and still using it. So far, I have no complaint about my previous Targus backpack. However, this one was a bit disappointed me.
I used it for less than a month, then, several defects were discovered. Therefore, I took photos and wrote to Targus customer support (Europe) an e-mail about these problems. Guess what kind of feedback I received from Targus customer support (Europe).
They just asked for my backpack’s serial numbers and they replaced my case without further questions asked. They informed that my case is under life time limited warranty. The replacement backpack was sent through courier service.
I would say Targus takes their customer feedbacks seriously. Well done.

wow..can u imagine it happening in Malaysia - i meant replacing the merchandise and honoring the life time limited warranty wow…they would probably give lots of excuses, delay here delay there until we get fed up
