In Malaysia, weather is always remaining at average 30°C and no body really care about the plus and negative attribute. In here, when talk about weather, plus or minus how many degree is important. I’m from tropical country which impossible to get the temperature below zero °C. Therefore, plus or minus is not significant to me when I talk about temperature. I used to mention for example 24°C (understood as plus 24°C in Malaysia). However, my colleagues can’t understand me until I learned to say it as “plus” 24°C.

Kind of strange to me at very first, but, make sense when you are in four seasons countries. Ya, keep on learning and “culture shock”. :|
