Yes, it is cold.
Walking at outside with a cup of hot coffee, you will get your coffee becomes coffee ice (of course not immediately but fast). Weather will remains like this at least for this week :)

Soon we will be going about our daily activities in the oven over here in Malaysia and Singapore…I just heard that the drought is coming our way next month and longer….
Which one better? Freezer vs Oven. I think i go for the freezer.

I sleep with a blanket every night here which is abt 23 degree celcius..yr -21 wow…i b like a zombie..but it will b good for complexion?

23 or 24 °C is nice room temperature.
Every room in Finland MUST has heater. The laws said that; if not no housing plan will be approved. Well, my room is about 23°C although outside is -21°C. :)
