Christmas is approaching, start from now there are many small Christmas parties will held at many places. Yesterday, Tukru Centre for Biotechnology had this small Christmas party at Academic hall of Åbo Akademi University. Yup, I was there, don’t miss it. Christmas party of this year was a bit special to me. Thanks to my colleagues gave me a chance; they volunteered me to perform Tai Ji during this party.
I modified the 24 steps and 88 steps of Yang style Tai Ji Quan for this event. During the party, I was nervous before the performance although I have been practiced it for a week time. The Christmas foods were great and delicious. But, I can’t enjoy them very much. Well, I finished the Tai Ji performance a couple of seconds earlier than the background music. Fortunately, the response from the audiences was positive. I think they like it. My colleagues told that was a good show. Thank you very much, Kiitos.

I’ve seen a bunch of ppl practising TaiQi in a park in Malmi during the summer time……
then again in office…there’s a lot of taiqi masters also….maybe not this office…but frequently you get taiqi masters at work

Ront, I know a lot of people learn Tai Ji in Finland. I visited a Tai Ji class here also, however……

Sam, it is Finland culture. It is called “litle christmas” or in Finnish “pikkujoulu”
