The A4 tech wireless but not optical mouse I bought on Saturday was not satisfy me. The mouse doesn’t sensitive enough to my palm movement. Sometime it works it doesn’t. Therefore, I went back to the shop again on Tuesday. Yes, the mouse still under 2 years warranty.

I told the customer service about the problem I have with that A4 tech mouse. She gave me the warranty claim form to change for a new wireless mouse or purchase other model of mouse with no question ask. Well, I bought an optical wireless mouse this time with a bit extra money paid. This optical wireless mouse has 4 rechargeable batteries included. The receiver of this mouse is serving as the batteries charger also. Besides, it still under 2 years warranty. So, this is the mouse I have now.

My first Microsoft wireless optical mouse in my life was out of function on Thursday after served me for 11 months. The right click button of the mouse was out of function. Buy a new mouse? No, electronic device in Finland normally is under 2 years warranty. Therefore, I went to the shop to claim for a new mouse on Friday. Unfortunately, the model I have before was no longer available. However, I can get other model of Microsoft wireless mouse with a little bit extra money paid and 3 years warranty. Well, I took it.

I was so happy because I just need to pay 5€ to get a brand new Microsoft wireless mouse (25€). However, after a couple of hours using it, I start to realize I have problem with this Microsoft wireless mouse. The mouse functions well but not the size. My right arm was cramp and pain. Well, seems that the size of mouse doesn’t fit well with my palm. I’m very sure I can’t use it anymore if I don’t want my right arm cramp at all times. No choice for me in this case. What a shame.

Next day, I went to city centre to hunt for other desktop mouse. I found the A4 tech wireless mouse. The price was good, it was 19.95€. The size was big, suitable for my right palm. Well, everything looks fine to me. I bought it and then ran to catch bus home. Okay, I have another mouse now. After open the package I just realized that this A4 tech wireless mouse I bought was not an optical mouse…oh…no…
