This is the first time I buy goods from eBay. It really took me a while to understand and figure out how the eBay system works and also the payment. Thanks to friend of mine for his patient explanation regarding the eBay I bought an USB PCMCIA card and Penpower Minicard hand writing input device for chinese and other characters. Why USB PC card? The only USB port on my poor little Dell Inspiron 4000 is dying. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. You can imagine how annoyance I have with this condition.
For the Penpower Minicard hand writing input device, I can write the Chinese characters directly from the device to computer. Besides, it is small and light (20g). The card can be kept in PCMCIA slot. The design is brilliant, it allow you to carry this card everywhere with your laptop easily. I like this card because of this reason too.

Sure, not a problem. The penpower minicard I bought from a seller in Hong Kong. The goods arived in 4 working days after the paymnet received. It is fast. The price is USD32.00 and USD9.50 shipping charge. I can send you an email regarding the seller. He still has this minicard at eBay.
