Day trip to Naantali

Naantali

We visited Naantali on weekend of week 27. The weather was good, sunny day and not so windy. We spent a couple of hours there and enjoyed coffee and cake in the sun. Naantali, sunshine town, one of the historical towns in Finland. When speaking of Naantali, children in Finland will like it very much. Why?

The Muumimaailma (Moominworld) is on the island of Kailo near to Naantali old town. What Muumi (Moomin) is? Have a look at here. Besides, Muumi is well know in Japan too. Well, let’s the pictures tell our trip.



This is the way to the Muumimaailma (Moominworld). You can see many parents and children were heading this way when you were there. Moominworld only open in Summer. Besides this, you can see there are several Moomin trains go around Naantali old town but you have to buy the Muumimaailma ticket first.
