Why I don’t donate charity money through BN government
I’m prefer not donate charity money through BN government, how about you? Why? Honestly, I don’t have faith that they will manage those money well. Here is the example, Narzi said China doesn’t want any humanitarian aid for Si Quan earthquake victim. I beg your pardon?
The government has contributed RM3.3 million to Burma and China following their devastating earthquake and cyclone experiences two months ago.
In response to Tan Seng Giaw (DAP-Kepong), Minister in Prime Minister’s Department Nazri Abdul Aziz said that the government had responded quickly in lending a hand to the affected parts in those two countries.
He said procedural requirements have delayed Malaysia’s efforts.
“It took us a long time as we had to respect their regulations. Such as Myanmar (Burma), they did not allow us to land our helicopters freely in their area and China did not want any humanitarian aid, so we had to respect them,” said Nazri.
If he told us Myanmar military government is very arrogant and refuse humanitarian aid from the world, I buy it completely. You can find a lot of international media reported on this matter.
However, when he said China refuses to accept any humanitarian aid for earthquake victims, I really can’t believe it. In fact, this excuse is hard to accept. If China does refuse humanity aid as his explained, why many non-government organisations in Malaysia still can collect charity money from public and deliver them to the Embassy of China in Malaysia easily? You see the light?
Come on, the world is really small nowadays due to technology. People are not stupid, people know how to find the information.
