I’m laughing when I read this news from mainstream newspaper today. Yeah, our University of Malaya (World Ranking 169 [2005]*) does not recognize PhD. Degree from University of Peking/ Beijing (World Ranking 15 [2005]*). Interestingly, you can not find this news in other languages newspaper (online). Why?

In fact, UM also send their staff to study at Beijing University, how come? After this people graduate from Beijing University, their degree will be recognized by UM or not?

Surprise? No. Just look at this report : Controversial ethnic relation guidebook back in use in UPM. Malaysia PM and cabinet orders are not follow by UPM. So, what about the other?

Perhaps we should consider his suggestion?
