In summary,

Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage gave him final notice to make a public apology; if not, the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage will lodge a police against him after Mederka day (31st August). Besides, Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage already submitted a report to Ministry of Internal Security. If the Ministry of Internal Security doesn’t take any legal action, then, they will bring this matter to Attorney-General’s Chambers.

This Johor-born 24 years old Taiwan University student was labelled as a traitor and enemy of the state.

Negaraku Parody Cannot Be Recalled - Syed Hamid

“Once the charges are in place only then we can apply for an extradition and that also depends whether there is an extradition treaty between us and that particular country,” he told reporters after the Asean Day flag-hoisting ceremony in conjunction with Asean’s 40th anniversary Wednesday.

He, however, said the Foreign Ministry has not receive any request from the authorities to extradite the student. He said it was up to the police and the Attorney-General’s Chambers to decide on the next course of action.

Sounds like all resources are channel to fight this student. Is that necessary? Read MageP’s lab opinion. How about channel these resources to fight the crimes (raped, gang-raped,gang-raped+strangled, raped+strangled, robbery, armed robbery, snatch theft and etc.) which rising like hell in our society nowadays?

Syed Hamid is talking kok. Malaysian law does not apply outside Malaysia. That recording was made and uploaded in Taiwan… which UMNO says is a part of one China. So Chinese law applies. Now he did nto say anything bad about China. Even if you don’t agree Taiwan is part of China, then Taiwan law applies. There is not Taiwanese law that says one cannot criticise Malaysia, its govt, animals, etc or even blood sucking politicians who are foreigners. This is all sandiwara…typical UMNO bullsh*t. UMNO is only good at scaring people who are afraid. In this case, they can shout and foam for all they want. No court in any civilised legal system will touch this young man.

KJ: What we can see now is almost all Government resources are use to take this student down. Is that a must? I really wonder where our logic is? They can’t get him but they come after his family members, what a shame, what a shame.
