Qualified as municipal councillor?

What kind of quality(ies) you wish for yours municipal councillor? I believe you know the answer(s) too, right? Today, I read again this news through newspapers online. Mind you again, I read through ONLINE, that means the world is reading this news too. It is again related to so-called “developed” Selangor state’s Klang municipal councillor in Malaysia. A municipal councillor can acts like this? Shout abuses, verbal abuse, grabbed people’s property?
Two reporters and a photographer from Guang Ming have reported to police that Klang Municipal councillor Datuk Mazlynoor Abdul Latiff hurled verbal abuse and lunged at the photographer in a 12.30pm incident at the construction site of his bungalow in Kampung Raja Uda here yesterday.
Kindly please read the entire news here, would you wish or want your municipal councillors are like that? I agree they are human being, they have emotion. However, when you are in position, would you be more self discipline? Would you lead by example?
As a voter and tax payer, would you agree that?
Our Prime Minister said this on 09 November 2006
“Nobody is above the law. That should be remembered,” Abdullah told reporters.
Yet, he repeated again on 10 November 2006
“Action will be taken against whoever is found guilty. This will be decided by the courts and the legal system,” he told reporters yesterday.
He said NOBODY is above the law when asked to comment about Mongolian model, Altantuya Shaariibuu shot and blown to bits.
Does our Prime Minister means this also to the Klang Municipal councillors? We have our pressmen reported the 5 million Ringgit Malaysia “Zakaria palace” at first, later many similar cases were reported in newspapers. Well, after all?
