Malaysia today
The famous blog, Malaysia-today is believed being blocked by TMNet. In order to access Malaysia Today, many in Malaysia have to use this URL http://mt.harapanmalaysia.com/2008/ (http://202.75.62.114/2008/) instead off http://www.malaysia-today.net
In order to block or prohibited people in that nation to access to certain the URL or DNS , only ISP can do that. In Malaysia, people know well the internet business is monopolised by a single company, TM Net. What about Section 3 of the Communications and Multimedia Act which prohibits any form of censorship?
Malaysian Insider had a news said that the next move of BN Government is to crack down on Malaysian bloggers. Does it true?

If this is true, then what’s the different between China and Malaysia? Is this a true ‘democractic’ country as claimed by the second man?
