In Tan's case, I believe the police do want more maybe like what I had mentioned in my post entry, just my thought. I just wonder like why can't police summon Tan or pay him several visits in his office if they need his help on investigation just like what Eli had said? Why need to make the story became such dramatic and put him under arrest without any warrant?
