No, you are terrible wrong on this. We have a weak government because of non independent judicial system, corruption, non independent anti-corruption agency, no press freedom, red tape, no transparencies, black box practise, racist and sexist people still as Member of Parliament in house, misuse of power which granted by us (voters) and you name it. All of these will cause a WEAK government.
