Besiege Wèi to rescue Zhào?
The video clip about Malaysian judicial scandal was floated on the surface of water since last month. This video clip also caused the walk of Malaysian lawyers on September 26th, 2007 at Putrajaya for the Royal Commission.
However, the next move we have heard from the investigation is to expose the identity of the whistle blowers. We can read it in the mainstream newspaper almost everyday regarding this.
Why concentrate on identity of the whistle blowers? Sounds like one of the Thirty-Six strategems (三十六計), Besiege Wèi to rescue Zhào to me. Have a look.

Source Of Video Recording Will Be Protected As Witness

“The protection is stated under the Witness Protection Act,” he said when commenting on the refusal by the source of the video recording to assist the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) and the special panel to investigate the authenticity of the recording, fearing his safety.
Nazri said the source should not use safety as an excuse as the government has guaranteed his safety.
“We have an Act to protect witnesses. If we do not have trust in the government to protect the witness whom can we trust. Surely not Anwar (Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim),” he told reporters after giving Aidilfitri goodies at Lubuk Merbau, near here Sunday.

Nazri wants bill to protect whistleblowers tabled soon
KUALA LUMPUR: Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz will push for the Witness Protection Bill to be tabled in Parliament as soon as possible and for it to be made retrospective.
He said he planned to raise the matter at tomorrow’s Cabinet meeting.
Nazri said he was in favour of the Government giving an assurance that police would protect the whistleblowers of a video clip showing a prominent lawyer allegedly brokering the appointment of top judges.
“We need the cooperation of sources and we must provide (police) protection (for them to come forward). We must not run away from our responsibilities,” he said.
What is that all about?
The so-called independence panel doesn’t has the power to protect the whistle blowers, who dares to come in front? Yet, a “brilliant” Minister even said the whistle blowers will be protected by the bills which are not yet become real in Malaysia. If the bill not yet become real, how to protect the the whistle blowers? I’m confused. Besides, that “brilliant” Minister even suggested undergo surgery to change their look of the whistle blowers which pick up by BBC now. Great? Famous?
Malaysia witness offered surgery Surgeon
Malaysia is offering cosmetic surgery and a new identity to try to persuade a potential witness to testify in an investigation into judicial corruption.

He said that if the witness failed to come forward “we can conclude that they are lying”.**
** Without proper bills to protect the whistle blowers, who dares to come forward? When they are failed to come forward then the authorities can conclude they are lying, so, case close. Everything OKAY.
