After a job interview

After a job interview, you get the job. Congratulations. :celebrate:

On the next day, you start to work. Immediately the day after yesterday, you were asked to submit your report card about your job. Can you submit anything? What you are going to say about this request? You may say: “What! I just start working for a couple of days. How can I give my report card in such short period?

Now is the power transaction period, like when you get promoted you need time to learn how your new department works. Can you learn your entire new department in a night? It also like you just got an offer for a new job and you have to submit your progress report after few days you start to working. Can you do that?

Situation in reality is not as simple as we thought. The real stories behind sometimes can’t be shown at front or in press. Therefore, what we have seen or read maybe just part of the strategies. Give them some time at least few months above to do their job.

Please don’t buy claims by those non gentlemen and ladies. They are concern more about their political powers and status than people. We should look at the big picture nowadays in order to survive on this Globalisation era. IF we continue playing racial card, we earn nothing but far, far behind from other nations. Who suffer the most? Ordinary people like you and me, our family members, our beloved one, our friends.

I agree with her idea, Patience, Perseverance, Persistence.

[...] are many days yet to do that (about 1460+ days to go), give them some time at least months not in days to perform. I repeat again, there is no doubt that article is a constructive suggestion or friendly reminder [...]
