Molotov cocktails thrown into Teresa’s parents’ house (updated)
KUALA LUMPUR: Two bottles of molotov cocktails were thrown into Seputeh MP Teresa Kok’s parents’ house here early Saturday. A letter was also found outside the house. **
According to BERNAMA, Sentul district police chief ACP Zakaria Pagan said the incident happened at about 2.55am but no one was hurt as the bomb did not explode.
During the incident, Teresa’s parents and younger sibling were home. She will be holding a press conference on the matter later on Saturday.

Report lodged against Teresa Kok for insulting egg
KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 24, 2008) : The Seputeh Umno Youth division lodged a police report today against Seputeh MP Teresa Kok, claiming she had insulted the Royal Malaysian Police and the egg, which is an essential food of the underprivileged.
The division’s deputy head Alawi Dahalin and several other members lodged the report at the Brickfields police station.[......]
Petrol prices cut by 10 sen
Sep 24, 08 2:08pmThe cut is the second in two months after hiking pump prices by as much as 78 cents in June. The hike had gone down badly with the public, sparking an outcry and even street protests.
Abdullah said in a statement the price of RON97 will be lowered by 10 sen to RM2.45 per litre, RON92 by 10 sen to RM2.30, while diesel would also be reduced by 10 sen to RM2.40 per litre.
The prime minister said the recent fall in world oil prices plus the weakening of the ringgit gave the government a window of opportunity to lower local pump prices.[.......]
