A list of book

san-guo

I received an invitation from YouZi to answer a list of books I have read. Speaks of the books I read, I was a little ashamed. I rarely read (Ssshh! don’t be too loud, embarrassed). Jin Yong and the Modern Chinese Martial Arts Novel can be considered as book I read? How about the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Outlaws of the Marsh, Journey to the West? Perhaps Comics (My girlfriend will laugh at; she knows what going on when I’m in a book exhibition)? My girlfriend often reads, I think she is more qualified to answer the list.

Malaysia, when you will look at the big picture?

Monday, August 28th, 2006

Recently, issue Ketuanan Melayu is “hot” in Penang. What are the agenda(s) behind? Until now, they still looking for tongkat rather than look at the big picture in their future in this Internet era or Globalization era.

First, demands the Chief Minister’s post must be rotated.

Second, Penang Umno Youth goes ahead with the proposal of bumiputra consortium to work with Sime Darby Group to develop the Northern Corridor.

NOW, Tsu Koon must ‘resign’ the chairmanship of Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang to UMNO within three days.

Who is the boss of Penang state, Penang Chief Minister or the UMNO Bukit Mertajam division? In this case, I feel like they are the boss. A division more powerful than a state’s Chief Minister, they can “order” Chief Minister to do something within a period!

update:2006-08-26 20:48:15MYT

Now, you announced PDRM will get more money soon and more man power. So, will you do your job right? Not word(s) but action. We really want a secure, safety and peaceful society. Can we?

This weekend was hot. I can read a lot of head lines of mainstream media are criticise on someone’s “racist” sentiments (I still prefer alternative media). From MCA youth, MCA wanita then to Gerakan; just like everyone suddenly wake up. Maybe, maybe they were busy last few weeks, not free to make any comments or statements against that someone’s “racist” sentiments. You know, they were busy…

My statement was misinterpreted by other parties’ leaders.

Monday, August 21st, 2006

On Monday August 21, the Star
Khairy: “Leaders from the other parties may have misinterpreted my statement.” He was referring to a report in a Chinese daily* that quoted several leaders criticising him for allegedly saying that non-Malays would take advantage of a weak UMNO to make demands.(one chinese daily? Look at the picture. Why only chinese newspapers published it?)
Citing issues raised by the Chinese election watch group Su Qiu in the 1999 elections, Khairy said: “Umno was weak at that time and people took advantage of that.”
